Dilara Türker, Case Management Officer and Rumeysa Bozdemir, Case Management Officer of İGAM Keçiören Office participated in the SS ESSN Task Force Meeting held on 22 August 2019 at UNHCR (UNHCR) Yıldızkule. In this meeting, Türker and Bozdemir made a presentation about the cases of the Red Crescent Card that came to the IGAM Refugee Consultation and Support Hub. The presentation included cases encountered, difficulties for beneficiaries and employees, statistical data and success stories.
UNHCR Yıldızkule office meets every two months with the title of "SS ESSN Task Force Meeting." IGAM employees also attend these meetings and share their work.
