RIAC (Regional Integration Accelerators Project)

The project is implemented by IGAM and 7 different European organizations. Taking into account the labor force needs of the labor market or the employer, it aims to accelerate the process of participation of refugees and asylum seekers in the labor market and ensure long-term employment in qualified jobs. In parallel with vocational education, it aims to accelerate the learning and adaptation process by providing Turkish education.
IGAM provides vocational training to 36 refugees, 32 of which provide job guarantees at the end of the program. The Project was funded by the European Commission EASI under the leadership of the Offenbah Municipality.
